Has anyone ever made a home made sift tray ?

Hey everyone,

I am going to be cutting my baby down this weekend and I was wondering if anyone has ever made a home made sift tray to collect the kief? I was going to buy one but the problem is im not sure it will arrive in time and they're a bit costly and I only have one plant to harvest.

I was thinking of using a bin with parchment paper and then just picking up the debris by hand , then using a card to scrap the paper to collect but that may not be ideal.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions or should I bite the bullet and buy a proper one ?

I made one using a Pringles pot 110 micron sieve sheet basically cut in half tape sieve sheet to the top part push it in side the bottom half put trim and a couple of pound coins in lid on and just shake. Was to small for me so brought a buddy box about £28 and a t bar press to make hash after curing kief, can't remember how much press was but brought them of eBay defo worth the £28 I paid for buddy box.
