has anyone ever seen these marks on there plant before?

hey so my newest seedling has these weird black splotches and yellow specs on this one leaf. The soil is jiffy sedling starter, the lighting is 4 cfl's, 2 45 watts and 2 23 watts on a 24 hour cycle, this one was slightly over watered and is currently drying out, im a tad concerned it could be interior decay of the leaf because of my overwatering. So has anyone seen this before? I appreciate all help

Your leaves look droopy from overwatering/roots drowning,
the markings are probably from this , it does not look severe,
let them carry on drying out , just water feed for a couple of weeks...

That was my first thought too. Plants in soil like a wet/dry cycle. Let them dry til the pot feels light before you water again.
