#4 has no nutrients, so you would have to feed starting day 1. I'd get the regular organic Black Gold, but I grow organically.

I've use the Black Gold Organic but not the #4 mix. The #4 mix is just like Promix HP. Just perlite and peat moss. You'll need to feed starting day 1 like @PadawanWarrior said.
The Black Gold Organic is a decent soil.
