Hash oil with slightly moldy bud?

Ive got some blue cheese from a harvest back during the summer which started to mold in curing. I managed to stop the mold from spreading. But being as this is personal use bud I will not smoke any out of that jar just in case. Its been sealed up for the past few months and Im trying to decide what if anything to do with it.

Would like to make some hash oil. Ive done both a butane and isopropyl alcohol extraction in the past. Is there any reason you can think of why I shouldn't use that bud for some oil?

if there is no mold on the weed or growing in the jar you should be good
