Have a couple of problems!! Please helpp!!

This is the first time I'm trying this, so need some help here guys. The plant is growing up nice, midway through veg. Its been exactly 30 days since they sprouted. Had a problem with the lighting before n the plants stretched out long, so replanted it again and brought the light closer. I have a couple of questions now:
1) I have three 23W CFL's 6500k, two 30W CFL's 3000k and one 40W florescent tube light 6500k (T12). Is this good enough for veg?
2) I never added any nutrients yet. Checked the pH n it was 6.0-7.0. is it time to add it yet? If so, What kind and how much would be appropriate?
3)My leaves have some sort of bending in the edges. It's pointing upwards! What could this be? and how do i fix it? (the last four pictures)

1) yes that is good enough for veg.
2) They look good so far, when and if your going to use nutrients start at 1/4 strength....no need to add nutes until they start to fade, then its time to feed. npk 20-20-20...is a good all purpose veg feed... What kind of soil you using?
3)leaves that curl up are usually a sign of Heat stress..temp too high/ with Low RH, can cause leaf tips to curl up. Raise RH to 60%+ for veg.
