have a question about purple haze???

ok this is my second grow and i have 5 purple haze plants growing in new era soil there alittle over a month and they stretched alot!! my nutes are mg bloom 15-30-15 (i know that mg sukz but thats all i can find) and i also added a tbsp of mollases in every gallon of nutes! oh yeah and i cut most of the fan leaves just for the buds cud get more light!! the question that i have is that i grew some skunk and it wasent as potent as i thought i mean it was good but not what i expected!! i hopeing that these purple haze plants are going to bee official!! ok how do imake my plants look like a pik of these buds that i took from the internet do i have to add something or spray something to make it more potent im around ny so let me no how to make it piff potent sticky stinky shyt!!! (the pik of the buds are what i want mine to look like!!)

Also, good nutes will have a major impact on the grow but there are many other factors to consider which also have a significant impact on your grow, lighting, air flow, Genetics etc, etc.

mistake number 1, u cut off more fan leaves than necessary. 2 ur bud potency all depends on the strain and the growers abilities. if you have ur water ph correct use the correct nutes at the correct strength at the correct grow phases with the correct lighs then that helps greatly. the only way to get ur bud as potent as possible is to keep the plant under low stress at all times and CUTTING OFF ALMOST EVERY FAN LEAF DOES NOT HELP. theres are ways to get the light on your bud bearing branches without cutting off all the fan leaves. its called lst'ing or low stress training and yes it involves SOME SLIGHT trimming but mostly bending or moving fan leaves out of the way. fan leaves give your plant its energy and food so im pretty sure u can see how it would affect a plant if you cut them all off. ur bud should automatically turn purple if it is indeed purple haze so dont worry about that. what you need to be doing for more potency is 1 stop the damn trimming, 2 keep ur water ph balanced, 3 use ur nutes correctly, 4 watch ur humidity and temperature levels and 5 give it some love everyday and she should show you love in return every time you blaze her up....hope this helps oh p.s the curing phase of marijuana is jst as important as the growth phase...if ur not curing ur bud correctly that could also be a HUGE factor in ur potency levels!!!

Except for the typicals (good light, nutes, right pH, temps, humidity and air flow) I use some of these tricks for extra yield and potency: UVB light, molasses, supercropping, CO2 (homemade gereator or dry ice), 24h darkness before harvesting, secondary budding (sometimes).

Still, in your case, I'd take care of the essentials first. Stronger light, better nutes.

alright for us to help please answer some of these questions...

what kind of lighting, how much lighting and how close is your lighting. this looks like the main problem
what are you temps?

also being in the New york area i am sure that you can find better nutes, at worst you have to order them online.

larger pots never hurt as well. also what are your watering habits. ( do you keep your soil wet or do you let it dry out)

if we can find your bad habits or lacking equipment then we can get these or at least your next plants on track.

also reading all the grow faqs will help immensely

fuck the haters actually my last grow wasent bad at all umm i have 5 23=100 watt cfls 2 inches away from the tops but the plants are streched out so the bottom part of the plants are turning yellow im about to get a small lamp and put it in the bottom but yeah i really cant afford buying fox farms or whatever right now and the only thing i saw around here are that mg bloom and shultz shyt! the temps are alwayz around 75-80f and i have a small fan right on the door. i alwayz wait until its dry all the way b4 i water again which is like every 4 dayz! i mist with a bottle everyday though theres something i left out i started these at 12/12 from seed i 4got to mention but yeah and for the haters this was my last grow so fu*k off and i got the seeds from my boy and all he has is straight purple haze
