Being OP's first time growing. I fancy the chances of it being way overfed, and overwatered.
Most common beginner mistakes. Both of which restrict calcium uptake.
So does a low ph.

I cant tell if its her first time growing from the pic. Id say she had a tuna fish sandwich last week Thursday but its hard to tell.
Overwatered and fungus in the roots. No idea if cal mag used or medium but those spots are more than calcium.Yep
