Having the same problem every time!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello all, Im new to this site but have been trying to produce my own medicine for years and years at this point. Now my problem is that this whole time(7 years) every batch the same thing happens. Ill get some good seeds, do the whole mother/ clone thing, everything goes great in veg- then flowering everythings great as well- great lookin everything, looks like the cover of high times every time. I wait about 10-14days to start flowering then 60-65days after that I chop em hang em in a dark 75 degree 50% hum room for a week and then in and out of boxes and jars for another 2 weeks. Then the glory moment comes when its time to try it and the same damn thing happens everytime its not too potent and it even gives me this weird uneasy feeling half the time, no appitite stimulation, no naps- tossing and turning all night. Only with my stuff I could go to the corner and get a ten bag of schwagg and get ripped but these beautiful nugs arnt cuttin the mustard. Why is this???!!! I give em co2 flush em top notch nutrients/ I use either the correct amt. or less /sometimes clean water for everything. same results. can anybody figure this out or am I destined to spend my rent money on pot just to feel normal for the rest of my life?? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

That is a horrible feeling, its like raising your kids and they turn out to be homeless, or hookers...not cool. What kind of seeds are you using? What do your trichomes look like when you harvest, i have a feeling that this might be your issue, invest in a lighted magnifier in order to view your trichs. If your looking for that real stoned feeling, wait until they are amber and dark in color. I hope this helps, keep us updated on your next grow!

you said it mastif, thats EXACTLY how I feel. Ive used KC Brains crystal paradise years ago that was a lame stone. PPP and Auroa Indica from buydutchseeds.com and currently Hindu KushXBlack Domina California Orange and Hypnoberry (blueberryx chronic) all from willy jack seeds. I drove to Toronto various times to collect these. Last night I tryed the hindu looks great smells great tastes great but has the lamest high ever. the cali o is pretty much the same. I havnt tryed the hypnoberry yet but it looks like the best strain Ive had out of all of them insainly thick dence colas total indica. Id really like to figure this out before thats done. No way all those strains could all just suck it has to be me. For shizz what else would you want to know Ill try to list everything, dirt- 1/3 ocean forect 2/3 fox farm. under 600w hps i get it to around 69 degrees with light off and about 84 degrees when on. Hum around 50%( about to invest in a nice dehumidifyer I was told completly drop hum down when flowering- I want to try everything with about 30% hum and see what happens). Cool tubes, fans, good ventilation, AC for summer time. Now honestly I chopped that hindu at the point where it says too late on that pic I have another one right now that I was gonna wait 2 more weeks but maybe thats too late. Ill chop that now. I also chopped a stalk off that one last week to do a sample test on week 6 7 . I usually wait 9 or 10 weeks. When I was younger I used to chop premature all the time now I wait mabe I actually wait too long. Whats the exact temp hum and amt of time you guys cure for??

also you know of a site that sells those magnifying glasses?? Ive noticed that theres still alot of white hairs but yet the crystals are all huge and disgusting looking but I wait and the crystals actually seem to shrink and the hairs turn a brownish red. You think I should chop em when its at the peak of that huge crystal zone? Its worth a try. I always judged things off of the amt of red hair cause I read that in a high times in 1997 maybe I should update my techniques. Back then I would just throw some clones in the woods and it would be the best smoke of the year I couldnt even move half the time. When I was 15 I thought I mastered the art of A++ pot for life now Im pushin 30 and I cant figure it out. Also, whats your opinions on cutting with light on as to light off?? Thanx alot for reading all this.

whats your hum temp and amt of time you cure for? for dirt 1/3 ocean forrest 2/3 pro mix 69 degrees at night 84 during the day. Does dropping the hum to around 30% for flowering make it better i heared that recently??

*lots of good cure/dry threads on RUI, just use the search
*ive gotten sweet results just using 100% ffof, less hassle.
*69-84f temps.. try 69-78f range
*the humidity thing is new to me, so no comment. --i would doubt it, my .2s

I think your harvesting just a bit early, really do need to invest in a 420 scope, they are pretty cheap, look on amazon for a carson 60-100x pocket scope for like 12 bucks, they are a bit awkward to use, you have to rest it against the plant to see the triches up close but you get an amazing view and you can see them go from all clear, to mostly clear and milky, to milky to milky and amber, which is what you are looking for, most people consider having about 20-30% amber triches before harvesting

Early Harvest makes anxiety bud. Use a Microscope. Wait for 20% rust colored trichomes, no matter what color the hairs are or what the seed company said. Go off of the trichomes.. Then pull.
Hang it a few days, until your stems snap when you bend em. Then I put in a paper grocery sack a few more days. Turning it over everyday. Final manicure and then into the jars. Making sure to burp (open and air out) the jars daily. Get a good jar cure on it. Keep it a consistent temp and out of the light. Age it in the jar for a bit so it's nice and cured. It will be the best smoke you ever had as long as your genetics are good and you put a good flush on them.

another reason may possibly be you are not flushing completely. that will definitely create a non-appetite scenario. other than that i would have to agree with the other posts, just make sure your trichomes are turning an amber color and you can also use a 10x-100x magnifying glass to make sure your resin glands are at peak potency. it will look as if they have a tiny ball on the end of the trichome gland.

Bro the strains are good, the finished product is good ,there is only one conclusion, its you. You have developed a tolerance for thc (wierd). Go and score from the local dealer and if u still cant feel it then maybe your smoking days are over or take a break.

Your lights on temps are too high, even with co2. Get it in the 75-78 zone. Lower humidity generally means more resin production. If I was in soil I would be using yummy organic nutes, with full beneficials. Don't be cheap on your nutrients, they are the building blocks of your plant tissue.

Organic in hydro can be tough, but in soil it's a no brainer. If you think there is no difference, you need to start reading.

Just a note, no offense intended, but I have been smoking my grow every day for years and, talking to other users, It seems that increased consumption can lead to a 'tolorance' for marijuana. That is what I have noticed anyway. Could it be that you no longer feel the same effects as when you where younger because your body has become accustomed to it through increased and constant use???

I seem to remember, when I was young, I would darn near hallucinate after finishing of a good joint. Now I just nod off and go to sleep.
I rarely get that old timy Wooo-Haaa that I remember of old. When I do, it is usually because of my choice of a sativa over a indica, even though for my meds I pretty much stick with indicas ( Pain relief and sleep disorders ) with sativas reserved for more 'recreational ' toking.

A bit of humidity drop can be good to avoid mold, but not too much. ffof = fox farms ocean forest, soil.

Its deff not tolerance I didnt smoke my own stuff since March and I wrote my origional post after the very first sample. I smoke other grass all the time and Im totally baked everytime(pots the only thing that helps me thats why when its incorrect I totally feel it). Only my stuff gives me this.. I think trickjames is on to my problem. I thought I was chopping too late but I get halfway high but no appitite or sleep. I never looked at trichs before I tried and could see(too weak of an magnifying glass, go figure) Im gonna get the legit one and check constanty. Another thing I always wondered should you let the soil totally dry out before chopping of flush and keep soaked till the very end?? I normally stop flushing 2 weeks before cut.
