Healthy Baby?

I need some opinions here..
Does this baby look healthy to you guys?
It's being grown in an "All Natural" medium. Watered every 5 days or so. Lit by 3 40watt CFLs on a 18/6 light cycle.
The first two weeks, I only had 1 40watt CFL, so the plant stretched a bit, but since I added the additional 2 CFLs the plant hasn't stretched at all. So i think 3CFLs is doing the trick.
Let me know what u guys think..

I would like to be encouraging and tell you she looks great. But that will not do you any good, she needs help my friend. Like cash said, looks like she is hungry for N. And also how are you determining when to water? For a seedling IMHO she needs more than 1 time a week or every 5 days. If the soil you are using has nutes in it, she ain't getting any due to a lack of water. The best advice I can offer is to read, study, plan, then act. Check out this video and best of luck to you!

I water when the soil is dry about an inch deep. Which has been about every 5 days.. I feel that the soil I planted her in isn't very good, due to the high bark content..
Also, what type of fertilizer is good to increase the nitro intake?

..I'm a beginner, so I appreciate the advice guys

ertilizer has n-p-k rating on it you need n so find one with higher n than other two numbers and start out with 1/4 what bottle recomends, there are tons of great nutes out there

And high bark miracle grow? High barks not good, you want loose soil so roots can grow free not bark to have to grow around

I would like to suggest transplanting her into a better medium. I obviously don't know where you live. But, if you are able to find it, get some Fox Farm Happy Frog soil and inert perlite. Mix it 3:1. The soil has enough food for 3 weeks or so, then you will need to add nutes. I suggest the Technaflora Recipe for Success kit. Great nutes and completely 'idiot proof' (not calling you an idiot BTW). Changing mediums and transplanting are going to shock her and she will stop showing signs of growth for a few days. But she has already been shocked and survived so you do have a tough lil girl there. Anyway, too avoid transplanting her again, put her in the pot you want too finish with. A good rule of thumb to determine that, is to have 1 gallon of soil for every foot in height you want her to finish at. When you transplant do not overwater. The roots are obviously not going to be that huge. Start with about a cup of water (oh and BTW get a moisture meter). This will help the roots grow nice and strong as they grow out looking for moisture. Should you choose to take my suggestion and get the nutes, around week 3 start with about 1/2 dose and follow the directions in the kit. Start a journal and I will sub, I would like to see your progress. Good Luck and Happy Holidays.

Sorry for the late reply dudes.
Unfortunately, my baby died.. BUT I have 3 more seedlings growin right now. I took all of your advice and I've planted in a wayyy better soil medium+nutrients(nitrogen rich in particular).
I will post pics soon, and I would like for you guys to let me know what u think again.
Thanks
