Heat from a 400 Watt HPS

I was going to do a CFL grow, but all the CFLs I needed was going to add up to more than a 400 Watt HPS.
But just how much heat does an HPS create?
I have a 36 Cubic foot room, I figure the fan setup I am going to have will went about 150 Cubic Feet Per minute through the room. But I don't think I can set up a light with a dedicated fan/ducting.
Will the be enough?

the fan needs to be over 230ish cfm i believe...u def need an inline fan for a 400w in a closet grow


buy a cooltube + 6" vortex fan.... that will take care of the heat issue for sure

Lol apparently our ideas of cheap are different. I have about $200 in my budget for lights, and fans.... Seeds may have to wait till a paycheck or two comes.
I have a 2x3 growing area, a 250W HPS would work, and how much heat does that throw out?
