Heat issue or wind burn?

Hi lovely people,
Could you please help me to figure out what's going on with my seeding:

I think it's heat issue or a wind burn from the fan....
It's 1 week old auto in DIY indoor tent
Appreciate any help!

TOO MUCH..... heat, water. Don't love it so much.

Yeah probably... I guess the exhaust is too week for that "tent" - probably will install another one.
On the other hand, i got a feeling that the fan is too strong for that small seedling so far

Hi there! Nope, I actually think that All Mix a bit too strong for starting a seed in, but in the very beginning seedling was very happy until leaves started to curl up

Point the fan at the wall behind the seedling and not directly at it.
Water less.

Fan's "head" is rotating pointed at wall - probably just a bit of flow is blowing directly on the plant. I got a feeling that exhaust don't manage the airflow as the bottom of the tent is open - there is just a metal "net"

With HPS on working 18/6
second exhaust and fan on working 24/7
The temperature was 30°C when I came home today..
And it's taking into consideration that HPS 35 cm away which is too far for 250w.... (thermometer standing right near plant)
Please help!
