Heat issues.....

Hi guys I got a 3x4 mtr room with 12x600w hps lights in there With a big 12inch inline fan and 2 big carbon filters and 2 oscillating fans...
I had bad heat issues and it wouldn't go below 30 degrees Celsius.
My next grow in a couple days time I'm gonna take some lights out and only have 8/9 600watt lights in there...
My question is,do u think taking a few lights out will help a lot with the heat issue???
And also I had all the ballasts in the same room aswell so I think that wud be a good part of the problem aswell coz as uz know they get very hot...

It's simple, you aren't removing the heat faster than it's generated. Instead of removing lights you need to either add another inline fan or a booster for the one you have or both, IF your intake air is cool enough.

Seal it, control your heat and humidity with a mini split and a dehumidifier

Never have to worry about environment being right again.

Fresh air setups only work in microclimates IMO.
