a light droped on one of my babies and im wondering if heat stress(margin of leaves curling) can show up a couple days later as it seems to be doing now. pics later!!!

Uhm. How long we're you gone before able to notice it, type of light, and it could also cause emotional stress. Plants feel like you dont love them now.

ah yes, Sir Bose. i've been thinking about that in a semi serious way. but it was a 100 watt cfl and it was sitting on it anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes. im bout to post some pics.

here are some pics. the part where it looks like nute burn is where the bulb fried it. and now 4 days later the leaves are curling and twisting as if it were heat stress. growth has also seemed to slow a bit.

i dont thinbk it looks like anything you should worry about.
what gets my attention is that it cinda looks like it needs some P. little hard to tell tho.. but since its your lower leaves and its preatty spread out im thinking it might not have been your CFL. i had a plant grow into my 200w CFL since i wasnt paying attention (lol...) and it diddnt get burned. dunno how long it was like that.. prolly just a few hours but still.
are the stems cinda bendy and do the parts in between the veins on the leaf start to lose their green color? how old is the plant? is that the only container its been in? if not how long since transplant and how old was it by then?

well i think a nute def is out of the question because it looked great before the light came down on it and it wasnt a gradual thing. i took the light off and you could see where the leaves were starting to die(the necrotic spots on the edges). it was (4) 100 watt cfl's on (2) splits. so thats why i think its on the edges because each one of the bulbs where resting on the edges of the plant. i transferred it into that pot about 3 weeks ago so i dont believe its that. the structure of the plant is sound and healthy and the leaves that are not burnt are nice and green. but i had lost a plant about 3 weeks ago to, what we all came to the conclusion was, heat stress. but i have since solved that problem and the weather is changing either way so heat isnt a problem during the day when i am not around to regulate temperature. the strain is ata tundra. alaskan x kazakhstan so its a hardy strain.
