Height problem?

Consider the plant will double in height in flowering.

So,
1 ft for the pot
1 ft for the light(s)
1 ft for space between canopy and lights.

I go in at 18-24 inches.
 
what strain are u growing? sativas grow very tall i had my skunk haze out grow my room but i tied them to some string and bent them. They turned out fine, If ur growing an indica plant u will be fine veg for 4 to 6 weeks. if a 100% sativa then 4 weeks veg or up to 14 inches.

Let me know what strain ur growing please if u know urself lol.

I hate to admit it but im just growing some mids seeds that i got. I was able to get a hold of an 600w HPS really quickly so i was anxious and decided not to order seeds especially with all the seed ordering issues people have. If it can be recommended and a good site ill get some. But other than that im guessing just assume what an average growth would be.
 
the attitude seed bank is very reliable and always get freebies they always have fresh stock of seeds will post a link for u very discreet to can get it in cd case through the post
 
i would not grow alaskan ice because the pheno is unstable you could end up with sativa side of the plant and they get big
