HELICOPTERS How do they see it?

I live in the coal fields in WV and this past summer had out 700 give or take a few all females in dif. locations all but 100 were taken by state police. I have been growing outdoors for 9 years and never had that many taken. Does johny law have some sort of new tech. for finding or do you think it was just bad luck?
