Helios 420w help

I just got my Helios 420 and used it for 10 hours then 2 modules already are out. And bysen or coco not even answering I think Chinese holiday never ordering from a place I can't get a replacement same day

it's labor day over there. Then they have the dragon boat festival in a few days. At least its not chinese new year. They're gone for a month at that time.

How many modules in the panel total? You might be able to eek by with the light sans two modules until you can get some help from the company...better less light than desired than no light at all.

Very sorry to hear that, it might be the LED driver runs those two orbs gets burnt, so two orbs not work. Another phenomenon is one LED gets burnt in those two orbs. Bysen connects two orbs as a series and run by one driver, so if one LED burnt, two orbs will not work.
I alway assume that buying LED lamps in there equals NO WARRANTY.

NO .......Bysen honors their warranty!! some grower on here had an issue with his Helios and they shipped out a replacement quickly. Like hyroot said it's a national holiday over there so just wait it out OP, It's no biggie your in veg. Most likely it is those CC drivers, two modules failing at the same time is a BIG hint, very easy fix.

I am happy to hear that take the responsibility for their items, fine, the only thing we-growers- are concerned is that the lamps should not get too many problems, no matter we are at veg or flowering stages.
