HELLLP! i just burn all my new growth! (pics) what should i do?

one of my cfl's drooped down 3-4 inch. and has been touching one side of the top of the plant for however long. i just noticed this a couple minutes ago. now idk if i should cut the burnd leaves off? (one fan leave not AS burnt) (2 two day old leaves pretty burnt) (and some real small leaves even new) i was thinking about topping it, and idk if this would be a problem or an effective way to get rid of the burnt leaves?

any tips would be help full.
