I got weed from my friend and he said it was a kind of dro. When looking at my sack i saw a seed and decided to plant it. I'm not trying to grow the best bud in the world i'm just doing this for educational purposes for later. i'm on week 3 or so and This past week the Plant hasn't grown at all. I had it on a cycles that was 16 hours on 8 hours off for the first 2 weeks. I now have it on a 20 hour on and 4 hour off cycle. I'm giving my plant Water and it is inside a well ventilated room in a clay pot with potting soil. what should be my next steps? am i heading in the wrong direction? What am i doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.

This is the wrong section for advice. Did you just put a seed in some soil? What kind of soil?

Yes, it looks like pot now, but that, my friend, is the greatest stretch I have ever seen in my life! I think you went crazy with the light. When they are seedlings, they need much softer light. Think 28W cfls.

Get a bigger pot, bury that bitch deep and stick it outside or at least in the window, if you do have to use your lights make sure they're closer then you had them previously and read some of the great info here on how much to use {lights and nutes} for each stage, welcome to RIU...what I'm a nice guy
