Hello everyone I just joined the forum and I’m currently on my second grow but i am
Having ppm issues. So I’m growing a strain called trapstar by exotic genetics. Parents are LA OG KUSH x THE CUBE. It’s a 50/50 hybrid but it’s definitely leaning towards sativa. I have been trying to dial In the ppms for a while as I have grow. Her from seed previously and she burned easily. This is a clone I took right before flower and has seen way less stress then the parent. Anyway during veg I ran 750 ppms and she was doing fine. I tried to raise ppms 850 but then she showed faint signs of leaf burn so drained my dwc and dropped the ppms back to 750.
Kept it there for the rest of veg. During week 1 I upped the ppms to 960 because I read that by week 1 of flower ppms should be around 1000 due to the plant stretch phase needing to more nutrients for vigorous growth. This burned her pretty good. So when I did my once a week drain I dropped the ppms to 900 and the burn remained. I’m now entering week 3 and have no idea what my ppm reading should be? Should I flush her by giving her just distilled water for a few hours before my next drain/fill? Also she has not started to show her pistils? The mother plant took a while to show pistils as well but not this long.

This is my second grow and please don’t bash me for using advanced as I needed to use the ph technology due to me growing inside a grobo. I say that becuase I disconnected all the automated stuff is what controlling becuase they wouldn’t release the information on what nutrients they sourced and made me feel like I had to buy there stuff and I wanted more control over the grow. Currently all it is doing for me is the light and reservoir everything else is controlled by me. Thank you all for reading and trying to help me out.
I can post pics but at work until 2pm today.....but it’s the typical nute burn at the tips no where else.

Information about my grow
- 11 liter dwc reservoir
- Advanced nutrients ph perfect connoisseur bloom a + b 20ml each
- Using grandmaster level setup so b52 , bud ignitor , Nirvana , big bud, voodoo juice, piranha, tarantula , bud candy , sensizym, rhino skin, overdrive, flawless finish 16ml each( and no they are not being used at the same time I’m following they’re feeding schedule with my own small tweaks)
- Full spectrum 300 watt led
- Distilled water (ph 5.8
- Temps during lights on are 77 degrees Fahrenheit lights off 68 degrees Fahrenheit
- Humidity I try to keep between 45-50 percent at night drops to 35 sometimes
- Clone vegged for 4 weeks ... cut right before flower
