Help a girl out??? First grow lighting and stealth???
Ok So i just got done introducing myself! I'm Kasey.
I'm starting my first grow tomorrow! Well im Germing the seeds.
Where to start...Well Im a pretty smart girl and I've read SOO much about growing
in the last couple weeks, just about finished NORML's Grow bible So interesting.
I still have a couple of questions though please help!
First off ill tell you of my set up. I'm Purchasing a grow tent tomorrow. (well i think i am i'm trying to decide what would be more stealth grow tent or closet? Any idea? i can exhaust into the empty attic but i am not sure about the intake..?? And about makeing it air tight so no smell gets out)
I want to grow 2 plants at a time. I'd like to grow to different ones to sample which kind is better. My seeds come tomorrow. Here's what im getting. ANY info on grow journals or reviews would be AWESOME!!!

So i defiantly want the ryder kush in my first grow. Any idea if any of those other strains will be about the same height? and is it possible to grow an auto flower with one that not an auto flower?
Im getting a grow tent probably 4x4x6ft, I have a HUGE squirrel Cage fan that kicks out 3450 rpm's can i use that or will it be extremely loud and over kill???
I plan to hook a homemade carbon filter up to that, for an exhaust and blow it into my basement. (or into the attic if i go with a closet) Now i have one really close neighbor about 40-55ft from the grow tent (about 15ft from the side of my house) Will a fan that size (3450rpm) with a well constructed carbon filter be enough for complete stealth or should i get an ozone gen??
The site said Afghan Ryder Kush has a 22%thc rating so im thinking its going to STINK!
But ill only have two.
So thats my first question...Heres the second you ready??
LIGHTS! I don't really care about the initial setup cost considering ill never have to deal with shitty weed and stingy middle men. I however do care about my electric bill looking sketchy. So what lights would you get for flowering? I want killer bud's no reason to half ass this right??
My basement has ALOT of fluorescent lights most them just plug into the wall so i think ill use them for seeding and veg (any input on what kind of fluorescent bulbs?? i know about one cool one hot or w/e but what about watts?) Will i need more than two 4 ft fluorescent lights? I have 6 or 8 i can put in there. Once again remember i only have two plants at a time.
