Hi everyone , I recently Renovated my house and found a large closet to do some growing in, it is roughly 8ft by 4ft so I figured fuck it why not. Anyways, ive ran into a couple of problems. Ill give you a quick run down of what I got going on and how I set shit up so you get a better understanding of my situation.... Please No shit talkers, Ive read a lot of stuff on these forums and it seems that 9 times out of 10 people want to pick on other people for not knowing their shit... I have read a couple books on growing marijuana and have been around it via friends and family but have never tried my own grow, so I am admitting right now I do not know my shit and looking to you "more seasoned" growers to help me out with a couple of things.... Anyways, Moving on, I have Chosen a DWC Method to Growing My Ganj. I ordered Seeds from a seed bank online, I got 10 Berry Bomb Seeds, 10 Liberty Haze Seeds, 10 Pineapple Chunk seeds, 5 Auto Sweet tooths and a slew of freebies, For my first Grow I germinated 8 Berry Bombs and 4 Freebies, In which 7 Berry bombs and three freebies made it and are looking good... I went and bought Storage Totes To make my DWC Systems, I bought 4 15 liter ones for the seedlings.. After they are germinated in my Papertowel Plate and bowl method, I cut open a rockwhool cube and placed them inside, Got a three inch "basket thingy" filled it with clay pellets and placed the rock whool inside of it... I let them chill in there for about 1-2 weeks with 10 mls of sensi grow A and B a piece until they are 2 to 3 leaf nodes high, and then I switch them into the veggie system I made, which is a 84 liter tote, with 6 3 inch holes in it for the basket thingys.... I know that's confusing its only cause I have a hole bunch of shit bundled up in my head I feel like I should add into this so im trying to get it all out... Anyways moving on. What I am growing under, I have a 4 bulb florescent system for the seedlings, with veg bulbs in it.... and for the plants in veg I have them under a 400 watt MH light. ... JUst so no one gets confused, I germanited the seeds at different times, I have 2 berry bombs and 3 freebies in veg right now and 5 berry bombs still in the Small hydro system I made..... Okay, this is the part I am having a problem with, Because I do not have access to RO water, I used tap water when I filled the 84 liter system ( which was a bitch because I had to fill it up in the bath tub and carry it to the closet shit was mad heavy it was more like a sad dragging episode)... Which I read tap water really isn't that bad as long as you check the PPM and the PH and adjust it to correct conditions. In which I did NOT check the PPM because I do not have a PPM meter... But I did check the PH and it was roughly 7.4... ill come back to that... Anyways I Filled up the 84 liter system dragged it into the closet, and then began adding nutrients... Sensi A and B Both say add 4 mls per liter for all weeks of veggy growth. In which I did not do this because I didn't think the plants were big and strong enough for all those nutrients ( I see everyone having problem with over feeding so im like deathly afraid of doing that to the plants.) so I chose the option below that which it says For plants with 2-3 tiers of leafs add 2mls per liter. So I figured, I don't wanna fill this 84 liter system up to the brim because that's now how this is done, I filled it up just enough to touch the bottom quarter of the three inch "basket thingys". so I figured I have about 82 liters in there, so I added 164 mls of each sensi grow a and b.. when I did that I kinda seen the sensi grow a or be im not sure which one it was its the one that smells like soy sauce... kinda just rush down and chill at the bottom even after mixing it... but I didn't think that was a problem... and then put the plants in... after about 2-3 days of them being in there I haven't seen any change in the plants height or growth... maybe they got a little wider, but I was under thee impression that when switched into this stage they should take off with growth and they haven't... also another changed I have seen is some of their leafs are turning slightly yellow.. and starting to curl... just a tad bit.. So I figured maybe I underfed them. And I just recently today added in the rest of the full dose for plants in vegetative phase growing..... What should I do about the slightly yellow leafs ? and the curling what is this showing signs of. Only two of the 5 plants are showing these signs.. the rest are all green and no curling.... idk what I am doing wrong..... And I want to start doing things right, Please do not be assholes... Im just a guy looking for help so I can one day hold the all sacred knowledge of how to grow dankness.... Thank you all.
