HELP ASAP!! Tincture Edibles

I’m not sure if I’m doing this right. I’ve posted but I can’t find it anywhere, not even under my profile content. So I’m going to post again. I went and bought 6 bottle of THC tincture from the dispensary today for my edibles. I’ve been making edibles for years but have always made my own infused coconut oil or butter or whatever. But I’ve never worked with tincture. Someone told me I need to decarb it but isn’t the weed already decarbed before it’s set in the alcohol to soak? Or does it just need to be sort of “reactivated” in a way? Idk just do I need to heat it up before adding to my edibles? If so how hot and for how long ?

in order for it to become available to you, yes it needs decarbing, so as a tinkture works without you having to do anything, it must have been decarbed first.

If you bought it premade it should be decarbed already. What you'll do it cook down the tincture on the stove until you're left with nothing but some goop once all the alcohol burns off, you'll then stir it into your butter or oil for your recipe and mix well.

What if I’m making edible drinks? It’s my first doing drinks so I’m still learning about it, I’m making infused sprite, i was told to either put the soda in a pot on the stove and mix in the tincture while it’s hot or put the soda in a glass measuring cup and add the tincture and microwave it for like a minute or so.

Oh and it appears it’s made with glycerin, not alcohol
