Help! Budd Problems!

So i need some advice.. i have a plant under 2 65 watt cfl's aprox 2 inches away.. temp 78... 2 weeks into flowering... now its forming pistils at a gradual rate but as soon as there white tips poke out they seem to dry up and just shrivle.. now wtf? it is definetly not a heat issue

The temp in the room is 78 or its 78 degrees 2 inches below the light? What is the temperature at the canopy?

I think you need more light .I'm not sure what it is you plan on flowering with 2 cfl's, but thats probly not the reason for this... are you watering the plant often enouph? or maybe too often.

i do not think it is the water althought i flushed the plant and let it dry for 7 days then jsut waterd and fed it today for the first time.. but yeah about the lights mayb ei dont have enough light.. but i hav eno budget for this atleast for 2 weeks..
