Help fast! Two plants... one sick?

First off, I am two plants in the Stinkbud Single. I have made no changes and have been using his veg formula as well. They are two and a half weeks, including germination. They are currently each under two 26watt cfl, at 5.8 pH, and at 800 PPM. One plant is doing great, while the other is kind of sick.

I think my second plant is hurting due to heat stress. What do you guys think? The stem is also slightly pinched and is browner... Do you think this plant can still survive?

drop your PPM it's a little hot for seedlings.

I had this problem with my first fail grow. I would check heat and circulation

Got a oscillating fan and circulation running..

And when should I add nutes? Does more nutes make the plant more prone to heat stress?

Dont add nutes to a young plant or use them very sparingly. Try liquid karma instead.

I'm asuming this is DWC or Aero.

What Formula are you using, mine for example is 3 part and you mix it denending on your growing stage.
