Help? First plant don’t know when it’ll be ready to harvest.

I’ve had this plant growing since about the end of January. It seems to be done getting any bigger (it’s a small plant). Grown in natural sunlight in a skylight window. The hairs are mostly brown, the trichome heads are very cloudy and frosty all over the leaves. When I squeeze the buds they’re very sticky. Is there a way to harvest the top bud and not damage the rest of the plant so the rest have time to grow ?

Absolutely, it's called a layered or staggered harvest.
Take the ready colas, and leave the rest to finish.
It is advisable though to wait until the lowers look ripe, then you know the entire plant is gtg.
