so Ive been trying to clone my cannabis plants for about 2 weeks now. If its not one thing its another, Ive followed videos and other tuts Ive found on the steps to cloning and have followed them all very close.
Is anybody able to give me tips or pointers on what to do?

I think it has something to do with too much humidity?
Would that be a possible cause of drooping branches (fan leafs) and yellow leafs?

Humidity is a good thing when rooting cuttings. Are you using a clean sharp razor? Are there nodes with the leaves cut off IN the soil? I always cut my tips on an angle, shave the sides of the tip, and try my best to have 2 nodes in the soil when rooting. If there are no nodes in the soil success is much harder. Damaging or being rough with the tip is bad. Using scissors crushes and bruises the tissue. Razor no damage greater success

To much light isn't good either. I use 1-24 watt T5 bulb per flat until they root. And it's not to close either.

Yes Im using a brandnew blade and cleaning it as well as the area Im working in before i take cuttings, Im using a 24w jumpstart since begining of week 2, Every cutting I have taken has been an autoflower tho, i did read that they can still clone but wont grow a big yield.. Am I stupid to believe that lol I just took a few cuttings from a special queen today, The autos were the only ones big enough to be cut from

Autos are different. You can get anything to root. But with autos they won't be very useful. And if not done early can lower your returns on the original plant as well yield you a cutting that won't be very useful. The cuttings life span is very close to the mother plant. So your stunting the growth of mom and at best going to have a child with a disability.

Looks like mum wasnt very healthy. try using cloning powder, clean blade, medium wet not drenched allowed to dry a little between waterings, make sure the medium is packed tightly around the stem no gaps,.heat mat and temps 75-85.
