Help! I don't know what this is on my leaves! How to treat...

Looking for help to identify what this is and how to treat. I'm at 4 weeks into flower and I'm getting worried..

I've started to use neem oil as i was told this looks like spider mites. I'm a little concerned as I'm 4 weeks into flowering and probable close to six or more weeks to go for these sativas. hopefully i'll have enough time to flush it out and rinse it off..
