HELP! i think my plant is dying (pics)

ahhhh. first time grow. my mate give me a clone and it seems to be dying.. top leaves are curling and turning yellow brown.

600w HPS about 9'' from top of plant.
about 2 weeks from i planted it.
Soil and perlite.
No Nutrients yet. i will be using canna terra veg then canna terra flower.

is this a nute deficiency or is it under/over watered?

the light does sound awfully close, but also is that a auto strain? because for a clone it seems to already have white hairs (flowering), (cant clone auto flowering) and whats the light cycle

i've moved the light up a few inches. i have a 125w cfl, should i put it on it instead? the light cycle is 18/6. it is not an autoflower, but yea it does seem like its budding??????!!!!

back the light up or just use the cfl and hope for the best already looks to be flowering so might be S.O.L... good luck

Hey, just an update; i think i was overwatering.. i held back for a dew days and the plant looks much better. my mate says a clone from a flowering plant will take a while to get back to vegging so it might look weird to start with. when should i start giving nutes?
