Help identify bugs inside my soil

Inside my pots i have MG organic potting soil. My plants just got out of seedling stage and are now in the veg stage. When i went to water them today and look at their health i notice around 30 little flea looking things crawling around the bottom of my plant. They are not actually on the plant itself but the soil around the base of it is crawling with them. Im worried that they will kill the plants. One plant is extraordinary healthy. Another has yellowing of the leaves and now very stunted growth. The other plant that is in trouble is not growing alternating nodes at the moment (looks good and green just weird growth not the usual). These bugs are smaller than fleas. They have a whitish color and just crawl around.


I was thinking neem to try and get rid of them but im not even sure what type of bug they are. Any help is much appreciated and please help before much damage is done.

Did more reading and i think i found a thread with people with the same problem. This thread has pictures in it so might be helpful in finding out what they are. Please look at his pictures and if you have experience with these things please let me know whats up.

Lot's of bug's lay there egg's in the soil.
It is kind of hard without pic's to guess what they are.
Mix 5 gallon's of neem. Cover the top's of the soil with a cut out peice of card board something to hold the soil in while you turn it upside down.
Dunk the entire plant in the neem mix swirl for a couple second's.
After all plant's have been dunked. Water the plant' with the neem.
Repeat every 3 to 4 day's.
Preferably use spinosad or another kind of pesticide each time. Do not just use neem.
And when mixing the neem warm Some water almost hot to desolve the neem properly then mix with the rest of the water.
And add some dish soap the same amount as the neem.
