Help Identify Problem(s)

Hello Rollitup forums, I need help identifying some problems I've been having with my six little plants here. I am growing in soil..watering with tap water and so far, I have fed them once at 1/4 strength (with technaflora recipe for success nutrients).

Check out these pictures...there are purplish dark spots on some of the leaves while others look like they're yellow and dying.

I'm thinking I have a combination of issues including PH issues, deficiencies, and possibly overfed by a bit? I am waiting on PH calibration solution to arrive until I can get an accurate reading of the runoff PH. Until then, I'd like to be able to identify any deficiencies (if any). Do the dark spots mean Phosphorus deficiency? The tent does get a bit cold when the lights are off.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Root rot it looks like. Been over watered too often. OR aphids. Check the under sides of the leaves and get back to us.

ya make sure your drainage is GOOD, add a fuck ton of perlite. you have good sized holes at the bottom of those cups i hope? might wanna add some peat moss too the mix as well it looks really chuncky to me. its not the organic line of miracle grow is it? that soil is shitty as fuck. it was mostly mulch when i tried it years ago

Thanks for the replies everyone! I'll be transplanting the plants into 1 gallon pots with a better soil mix...hopefully fixes the problem. If I see any more problems, I'll let you guys know. Appreciate the help!

Consider getting a 3 gallon pot and just go all perlite except for the little bit of soil. I would do it today. The soil you have will eventually work its way into the perlite.

Look up Hempy bucket. Drill a hole in the pot 2" from the bottom. I've used recipe for success and it works. Nute at lower than recommended then PHed water the next feed, do it every other day at first. I'll bet your plants will come back.

are there any drain holes in those cups?
Yes, there are. and the roots are coming out from the holes...I'm really hoping not to see any rot when I take em out of the cups....

I've purchased some peat based soil already but I'm not satisfied with the amount of perlite in it so I'll be throwing an extra 9 liters of perlite in the 25 Liters of soil. I also got worm castings and dolomite lime to throw in it. I like the perlite/hempy bucket idea...I'm actually thinking about going DWC next round...so done messing with dirt -_-
