HELP! Im not sure if my set-up is working!?

I was just checkin to see if my set-up was good because I'm starting to get a little bit of leaf curl and I am wondering why????

6 week old, 6 inch tall, with 10 to 14 leafs forming.
1000 watt MH light 3 to 4 ft above plants
10 bucket hydro system, with drip watering system, and hydro-ton
2 tsp of flora micro, 3 tsp of flora grow, and 1 tsp of flora bloom per gallon
waters 2 times/ day for 5 mins each time
lights on 24 hours
humidity is 50-55%
and a fan on medium speed

Any suggestions on why I am getting leaf curl? No signs of discoloration.
I just cut back the watering from 3 times a day for 10mins/time, and lighting on for 18 hours a day, thinkin that may have been it. Changed that yesterday to the setup above.

Also are they growing at the rate they should? They seem to be growing slow to me..

If its downward leaf curl I would suspect to much water...but I am a Soil grower. ...hmm what medium are they in?

The plants still havent grown out of their soil cubes yet so the 5 mins of watering saturates the cubes. And the system waters at 12 am and 12 pm.

They are in hydroton, and its upward leaf curl with no discoloration.

And they plants actually have 10-14 leaves/ plant.

ok...so is there water right under the hydrotron or? Do you have pictures?

Make sure there is ample space for oxygen in your reservoir, have the water levels 1-3 inches away from your netty cups. If your leaves are starting to curl it might be lack of oxygen. I had a dual 40 gallon air pump with 2 air stones in a reservoir and my leaves starting curling, I added another pump in there and they zinged back to life.

actually the water is at least 6 inches away from the net pots the drain is at the bottom of each pot. I dont have any air pumps? I just have the one water pump..
