help. is something eating my plants or is this a chem thing?

Help not sure if something is eating my plants or is this a chem issue?

It doesn't seem to be spreading to other plants just in couple leaves of one plants.
It is a hybrid just moved them to a bigger box were kind of hot and had a fan on them in the other box. cooler and less wind in the new box.
