Help, Leaf Miners!

I got a few plants growing outdoors, all of them have leaf miners...

I had them earlier this year on my 1st round of grow, and now they're back.
Last time I had them I did as you guys suggested and just cut off the infected leafs,
but this time I found them a little too late i think.

One plant is about to finish in 1-2 weeks, and the others in about 2-3 weeks... pretty fragile timing...

1- Can the leaf miners damage the flowers or flowering process?

2- Is there anything I should do, or shall I just let them be?

Help me save my precious smoke,
:-P

dont know it if will damage the buds, i dont think so, but i do know that when columbines( a type of plant/flower) get leaf miners the plants and seeds get infected and if you dont want leafminers next year you discard the plants and seeds and start new.

Thanks for the quick reply.

If that's the case than I dont mind, the plan is too replace the soil ( in the pots) for next years grow, and the rest of the seeds are in the fridge/have'nt been bought yet so they can't be infected , I hope. :P
I'm gonna destroy the plant in any case after harvest.
