Help! Lights stayed on extra 6 hrs.

I am in week 4 of bloom cycle. plants are extraordinary( my second grow!) but i was doing some work and somehow failed to reset my timers. ouch. they stayed on an extra 6 hrs.

my question: should i start the 12/12 at the normal automated time? or should I adjust the start time accordingly.

the damage is done, hopefully not much.

leave them at their regular time, the sun up time is the most important to keep on time to minimize stress, always adjust the sun down time.

they should be alright, if anything they may just stall for a bit.

there is virtually no damage from one instance, never ever take time away from one side of the time the lights are on, you wanna mimick the nature cycle of the sun, depending on your latitude the time loss during the day verys from 3-4mins every day shorter and the time is decreased on both ends sunrise and sunset, so in essence you wanna remove allittle time from both the time the lights come on and when the lights go off, fyi anything less then 12/12 and you shorten the maturing and hurt your yields.

How long does it take for a plant to recognize light and stop producing phytochrome? If the lights were on for literally 30 seconds to a minute is this enough to stop production?
