Help Me Built A Grow Dresser!- NEWBIE

Wassupp RIU? I've been scouring this site for months reading everything I can on growing and grow room design. I decided to register and now I'm going to take a shot at building my own grow dresser and my first grow! I have a 3' 8'' x 1' 8" x 2' dresser inside my closest and would like to build a growbox out of it. Let me give you a little run down

• I have a limited budget ( Around $150)
• I live in my own apt w/ my gf so stealth is not really that big of a deal.
• We smoke about an oz a month combined so I would like to yield enough each harvest to cover until the next one.
• I would like to use CFL's and soil for the grow.
• I have a LIMITED BUDGET! Besides that fact, this is my first time doing this and I'm treating it as a learning experience. No need for the most expensive items just yet. If I could learn how to build one of those ghetto grow rooms it would be cool.
• I am a newbie. Please bear with me and have a little patience please.

heres my box i think its a decent box it might not be the best but itll do..heres a list of stuff i used..

box free
cfls
mylar
porcelain lamp holders
weathers strips
power strips
and a couple other small stuff but you could easily buy the all the with 150

what supplys do you already have?

a box w la light setup and small fan for circulation to start. Drill two holes in the side of your cabinet, one for exhaust and one for an intake (passive would probably fiine). Rig up a fan that will exhaust some of the air inside the cabinet out. Get a thermometer and check you temps shoot for 70s stay away from 85+. go check out the hydro store in flushing off the lie for some materials, soil nutes etc. plant and wait
