Help me clone, please.

I have been looking for a cloning tutorial somewhere and have not been able to find one. I thought I knew what I was doing, our would at least luck into 1 success, when it came to cloning but sadly the 4 I took have not shown any sign of rooting after 2+ weeks.
I am trying to clone in 2 in rockwool and transplant into ebb and flow. If that helps with advice at all. Thanks.
