Room Size:
Length: 150cm
Width: 130cm
Height: 80cm

I have a 20cm x 20cm hole for ventilation where i can install my fan..

Am planning to start with CFL's.
How many watts do i need for my grow room? How many watts for each plant?

You better concentrate on air flow in that low height space. A 600 watt HID will cover. But heat is going to be huge. Better stick with CFL, best T5 not spirals.

Concern with the hieght, 2 1/2 feet, 1 foot for light hang, 1 foot clearance from the light and 10 inches or so for the pot itself ,that leaves you no room at all to grow a plant, i answered similar Q the other day. So what was plan B ?

From what I've seen on here -- people have grown in boxes as short as 2 feet (PC grow boxes)

If i want to use T5 bulbs, i need 20cm for fixture and bulbs, 5cm between lights and plants, and 20cm for the pots.. so i have 35cm for plants to grow..
What do u think?

I have to agree with the general consensus here that the the height is way too low unless you are gonna stick to miniature plants or autobud strains. I would say a minimum height for an enclosure should be 150cm.

With regards to lighting in your case, CFL is the way to go to keep extreme heat at bay, HID lamps create a shyte load of heat and LED's in my eyes are still experimental. 105w CFL will work great for two plants.

The big boy on the left is what you are looking for.

This could work actually if you know how to keep a plant under 1 ft (LST 12/12 from seed),smaller pots have the right lighting (MH) but your lights would have to be stationary like mines(can move horizontal though),I only use 3ft of of the 9ft of height i have.

Grow it sideways. Super Silver Haze, no auto. 65" best I can measure. A solid bud almost - a bonus to growing laterally. Check it.

Ill check how to keep it under 1 ft.. can u attach some pics for your installation please? maybe it could help a little..

I want to mix it with local soil from my garden mixed with little cow dung (Pot on the right)

1st photo: The box i want to use to put my setup inside, i want to cover it and put my lights.. It's (100cm length, 40cm width, 80cm height)
2nd photo: The place i want to put my grow box after i clean it, its the same height (80cm) so i can use the small window to put my fans out to the ventilation shaft..
The temperature its (27.6 celsius) now without lighting and fans.

How can I make a good air circulation for my grow box?
How many (watts & Lumens) for lighting if i want to use CFL's?
And what's the best material to cover my box?

I was at the store to see what to use for lighting, i found the aquarium lights for example:
15000K, 40W, 121cm (Tri color)
20000K, 30W, 90cm (Coral blue light)
PL tubes 7100K, 24W
Tl2001 T5 10000K, 8W

Does this lights work for indoor growing? or CFL's is better?
