help me please.... first time grower

Hey what up, I'm posting this in here cause i'm growing outdoors in san diego.. The pictures pretty much speak clearly. As you can tell I'm about 3 weeks away but from the last picture you see i"m losing buds. Had to pull 2 bitches early due to this shit. 1. (which i'm pretty sure) It's mold right? 2. can i still dry it out and puff it? and 3. how the hell did it happen? It was pretty muggy out about 3 weeks ago, can that do this kind of damage? Thanks for the info.

1. That is bud rot.
2. you can still dry it out and puff it, it will not kill you. it might not be so pleasant, and might give you a head or stomach ache
3. like you said, the mugginess. high humidity + wet buds, and then hot sunlight.. there are a few factors that go into molding

Id say pick it all off, all of the buds with mold. and then dry them out on a screen, puff a couple hits, and see if you'd rather make some hash!
