Help me with a RECIPE plz.......i have these nutrients

a friend gave me these nutrients...can somebody help me with a recipe and the amount of water etc. im a first time grower and i already have my set up ready. my seeds have already germinated and i need to know how to feed them after 2 weeks..please help

surely it should say on the back???i dont use them nutes,i use hesi and it sais how much to add to water on the back,,,,,,
im sure ppl on ere have used them nutes,so be patient,hopefully youll get the answers you need,,,,,,,peace

If you find the instructions on the back of the bottles hard to understand (or read, if they've been damaged), hit the manufacturer website of each nute. They should have feeding schedules on their sites, too.
