Help me with this grow 199 watts

My first grow was with cfls haven't really used them since
So I'm not dialed in ya know
I think.. And ill get measurements tomorrow.. But I'm pretty sure my space is only about 2x2x3 plus or minis a few
I have
1. 42 watt cfl
1. 65 w (6500k)
4 23 watt cfl
And two 18" "grow light" fluorescents from Wally (didnt calculate these in the 199 watts I think together they are about 25 watts together ) can't hurt

The two 18" strip lights are attached to a (approx)2x2 screen
From a baby gate
Intake is a 3"PVC ran to a window unit and exhaust is two loud ass cheapest bathroom fans from loans
DIY carbon filter with pretty much just screen carbon and pantyhose
Small fan blowing towards lights and hopefully out through exhaust
4 3.5 gallons (i think) fit snugly
I've got some plants from two weeks to 5 weeks veg already so should have some clones soon
Ill snap some pics in the morning and hope for some good advice lol

Yeah I figured that bout to go snap some pics.. Haven't really set up all the lights yet right now
This morning I decided not to use the bathroom fans too damn loud when I can use a 4" lil desk fan or two and will do the same thing
So really I'm rethinking my whole setup ill keep y'all posted
