Help! My Ladies are Out of Control!

Hey whats up guys! I have 3 growing right now. They 36 days old and have been on 12/12 for 6 days now. They have stretched pretty significantly and I'm starting to fear that my tent isn't going to be wide enough to sustain them. So far, all i've been doing is fim'ing and lst'in them and they've gotten quite bushy. Can I continue to lst even in the 12/12 light cycle? and can I lst to train them to grow upward more?? You can LST through flowering no problem. To get them more upright you could insert bamboo stakes in the soil and tie to those. Tomato cages work well but it looks too late to get those on.
