HELP! My poor seedling... Mold?

Hi guys, this is my first grow and my seedling is about 10 days old. She started drooping about 5 days ago and her baby leaves have turned yellow and died. It started with a little bit of wilting/yellowing, to her sprout leaves dying, now to her main leaves starting to yellow and die.

When I checked her this morning there was a little bit of a brown'ish buildup on her leaves, it looks like mold to me but I want to be sure. Any idea's on wether or not this is indeed mold, and if so what I can do to fix it?

I appreciate any help guys!

to wet mate, get it out of that plastic, and dont water for a while. hope she pulls through. humidity is causing that..

That's my guess too. If your not letting the soil dry out the roots will suffocate and rot.
