help .. my set up 600w grow light

my space to grow is in c a converted loft compartment im gunna use a 600w hanging grow light
heres a pic of the space im working with smaller than i thought tbh but should be fine might not get 4 plants in there with that hanging light im using

600 is alot for that space and its going to get hot without proper ventilation. You'll probably need to hang it verticle and keep the plants tied down so they dont over grow the space.
I would build a box and line it with T-5 fixtures. Ventilation is key along with proper temps up there.

theres quite alot of air movement up there and i was thinking of making a box in the tall corner and hanging light off one off the beams but not sure how many plants ill fit in there a wether theyll get too tall and burn :S i got a better compartment to use but it will need alot of tidying up prob bout 10ft wide 6ft height but reall messy lol

I think 600 is a bit much for that space. Esp when you add in the container height and lamp fixture. You will end up with less than 3' of grow space when you factor in the heat from the bulb in relation to the canopy.

yh ill prob have to tidy the other compartment and put floor down it alot biiger and alot cooler in the summer but still good temp to grow

go with 400 watts. it can easily grow a 4x4 area

or i have this compartment think it is slightly taller quite a bit cooler but im not sure how ventilated it is
