all my plants have done really well up until this past week .. now both of them are showing this problem … What am I doing wrong?

That’s what I was thinking at first also , moved them up and turned them down today but they have been at least a foot or so away from them is that too close ?

Two lights both of them are LED one that is 1000w and the other is 600w

I would move them up to 15-18 inch

Yeah, 1000w and 'a foot away' aren't really compatible. I'm guessing blurp at about 100-150w total. Still could be light burn or just a hint of nute burn as the plants move along in their cycle...they're pretty dark.
