Help needed with my buds

I normally grow outside or in soil mix but I thought I'd make a small returning bubbler system. 1st time in a hydro. I had some seeds from 2 plants from outside grow which went a little hermie which was green poison and ak47. Anyway germinated ok and planted the 4. A little bit of LST then to flower 10th Dec using canna notes and pk13/14. After 8 weeks the buds were full of resin but not really getting fat. After 10weeks I added a load of potash to see if it will help. Its now been 12weeks and ive had enough, ive cut them down. One of the plants is still white with not very swollen buds,foxtailing and20210318_114010.jpg20210318_114024.jpg20210318_121602.jpg20210318_121607.jpg very little resin while the other buds are dripping with resin but not looking a fat bud. You've done nothing wrong. Seeds have variant traits even from the same mother plant
What you want to do is save the traits you most appreciated via cloning. Good luck, have fun!

Need a little more info on your grow for people to help.

What light?
Res size?
How much did you feed them?

Stuff like that

Well I wouldn't expect nothing special or stable. Look at the parents of the seeds you have. Those seeds are probably s2's or maybe even s3 who knows. Try taking some seeds to s3 or 4 and you'll see what happens. You can end up with some seriously messed up plants with alsorts of issues.

Looks environmental....too much heat will cause this.
