Yellow and brown spots on her I want to know what this can be , I’ve heard so much different things people say it is so I just doesn’t add up

bit More info? Lights? Nutrients etc ?

I’m not an experienced grower...... don’t take my word on this, but on first glance it looks like light stress, and I’d suggest moving your light up..nute burn normally only affects the tips of the leaves, where light stress causing browning/yellowing on the edges of the leaves and tips.
 
thanks , and I’m only runny some cheap 600 w vivosun lights and their 34 away from my plant and I’m growing in straight coco coir using flora trio and cal mag my temp it on 85 F
