Well basically to make a long story short i'm a care taker as I have described before in a few other threads. My buddy is letting me do "my" own thing in the grow room. Anyways, to cut to the chase I need some serious help. I got a lot of knowledge this topic but I might be just to worried. I'll post pictures later.
Well I have 3 kids in flowering. Random chronic strains I have saved over the past year. I had all three in the seperate gallon pots since vegetative stage. Anyways, 3 days ago I was introduced to a whole new twist. I got lazy basically I'll admit. I feed the kids about a liter every watering. Starting to realize it is way to much for how often I water (2-3 days). The soil is dry and I dig down a good inch every time i water. I checked my ph levels everytime I water. It's sitting around 5.8-6.5 with completely mixed solution to dissolve point. I'm currently using fox farms nutrients (tiger bloom, big bloom) in ocean forest organic soil. I feed them molassis for the first time in the flowering cycle 2 weeks ago. Gotta love Grandmas good ole mix. Sorry got a little off track explaining what im using but I watered them a little to much. I came back 12 hours later and my buddy said hey you might wanna go out back and check the kids. Shocked, was what I was and so was 2 of my kids. I emptied out about a liter of excess water that drained all the way to the bottom. Another point, It's not underfed. So thats taken care of. Five minutes after I emptied 2 water trys I noticed my biggest plant (thank god) perked right back up. The one a little smaller but some killer shit doesn't look to swell. I know your not supposed to transplant in this stage but that's what it CAME down too. Hopefully the plant will revive itself after a few days. It honestly looked like hell to me because one day it was beautiful and healthy and now its in the shocked stage for the past 2 days. I allowed a day and a half to see if It would come out of it without transplanting it, no luck. Moved that 1 kid into a new 5 gallon containier as best to my ability. Semi water the roots with a lot less water before I transplanted. Just enough distilled water to keep the dirt together to move. Took the only thing I had around me (next time ill be more prepaired) scissors and went along the perimeter with the blade down. Tryed not to disturb the roots, but I ended up missing a few and got the majority of them without "messing up". This whole mishappen is new to me. The stage this plant is in horrible. The buds look healthy still the wilted leaves just kill me to look at. I can tell the whole thing is not dead. Still has green leaves just really shriveled as if the plant wasnt getting proper energy. These kids have been in flowering for a month and a half.
