We can't decide your grow for you. You need to make decisions concerning lights, grow medium, irrigation method, nutrients, plant phenotype, and length of veg time. I suggest a lot of research!

Using square pots will help you make the most out of your floor space first of all. If you can find 6"x6" 1 gallon pots that qould be perfect so you could fit 4 plants nicely in 1ft sq. You want to try and cram as many plant into the space as possible while at the same time, trying to keep a proper air flow. To do that, you have to pick/train a strain to grow straight up into a single cola. You don't want that branches too much as it will kill the airflow in the room and decrease your yeild. An important aspect of SOG is keeping a level canopy. To do that, 99.9% SOG growers work with clones. It's the only way to guarantee that every plant will grow to the same hight. Other than that I'd say you have to grow at find put the finer point on your own. SOG is one of the most efficient ways to grow though will say that.
