Help out a fellow gardener?

Hey all, I'm looking at setting up a couple 54 gallon aeroponic grows but since I live in Australia it's impossible to get them. I know Home Depot sell them but they don't ship here, any suggestions?

Also how far should I fill my reservoir?

I know the risk/cost factors involved, I just want those answers.
