Help Password Reset Did Not Ask

I did not request a password reset but yet I got an email today that I requested it. Did someone get into my account? I read to disregard but was wondering......

Well, that's me that sends those password reminder emails to members. I only send one when someone says they are having trouble logging on, did you send me an email, or click on Contact Us?
